The vision for Phoenix Innovation Park is an amenity-rich live, learn, work, play environment on UW-Green Bay’s campus where technology, research, and science thrive with collaborative spaces that incubate and foster growth. This in turn will generate synergies with private investment where ideas sprout and flourish into commercialized enterprises, philanthropic endeavors, and academic advances in the region.
It will include a potential mix of academic and collaborative spaces, housing, hotel, coffee shop, café, campus-oriented retail, daycare, fitness and wellness, bike paths, pedestrian linkages, and other amenities through a sustainable and dense design; creating a live, learn, work, play ecosystem.
